AC Milan will be without new striker Alvaro Morata for the next two or three games due to a muscular injury. Despite making his debut in a 2-2 draw with Torino at the weekend.

Sky Sport Italia reports that Morata will be out for at least three weeks, possibly more. Meaning he will miss the Rossoneri’s next two Serie A matches against Parma and Lazio. As well as Spain’s Nations League berth due in early September. UFABET  

The 31-year-old forward, who recently joined from Atletico Madrid. And captained La Roja’s Euro 2024 winning side is believed to have picked up the injury in Friday’s final training session ahead of their clash with Toro.

In terms of performance, Alvaro was undoubtedly on the bench and scored in the 89th minute of his debut. Then, Noah Okafor equalised for the first point under new head coach Paulo Fonseca. 

The Spanish media added that the injury was minor. But mainly because Morata wanted to clear up the issue of his separation from his wife so he could focus 100% on the pitch.

The Rossoneri medical staff will be keeping an eye on the 31-year-old’s physical condition on a daily basis to assess the situation more carefully.
